Event Description:
Annual Veterans Day Celebration hosted by Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory and the Washington Chamber of Commerce. Tribute to honor all veterans, past and present. Presidential certificates are presented to the family of each area veteran who has passed in the last year. Parade of Veterans from Deiters to Washington Helicopter Memorial to follow service.

StoryWalk in Washington Park
Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.

Friends of Washington District Library is accepting book, DVD, and CD donations for our Spring Booksale. Donations will be accepted March 30 – April 12 during open hours at the Main Library.
