"Celebrating 60 Years of Miracles" is the theme for this year's Teen Challenge Fall Banquet. Keynote Speaker is Nicky Cruze, former Warlord of the New York gang, the Mau Maus. Special Guest, Joe Everson will sing the National Anthem while painting Iwo Jima. He will also have a second painting with both being auctioned off at the event.

Animal Rescue Giving Tree at Washington District Library – Sunnyland Branch

Help the Tazewell County Animal Shelter stock their shelves and provide newly adopted animals with the essentials they need. Beginning February 1, 2026, select ornaments with items to donate, purchase the items, and bring them back to the Sunnyland Branch by March 10th.
