Join Personal Trainer Will Christian for our outdoor summer fitness class. This class will include strength training, cardio and other forms of exercise that help you work up a sweat, while enjoying the nice summer weather. This class takes place two-days a week and is 30-minutes each. Summer Sweat will take place outdoors; if weather is an issue, then we will move class indoors.
Class will take place outside on the sidewalks and using the hill. If there is bad weather, then we will meet in the upstairs theater hallway.
