For aspiring entrepreneurs. Are you interested in starting your own business? Attend this 2-hour workshop, at no cost, and learn how to get your business name registered, where to obtain a tax ID number, which legal form to choose, business plans, taxes, financing options and much more! These events are sponsored by the Illinois Small Business Development Center at Bradley University and Co-Sponsored by Morton Community Bank and the Minority Business Development Center.

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.

Friends of Washington District Library is accepting book, DVD, and CD donations for our Spring Booksale. Donations will be accepted March 30 – April 12 during open hours at the Main Library.
