Event Description:
Ho! Ho! Ho! The Christmas season is upon us, Santa is making a special visit to Washington, Illinois to see you!! Each child will have an opportunity to speak to Santa so bring your own camera for a picture with Santa Claus. A continental style breakfast including donuts, rolls, bagels, juice, milk and coffee will be served. All attendees must purchase a ticket to attend the breakfast (regardless if you plan to eat). Santa will be available during the breakfast hours from 9:00- 11:00 AM. Pre- registration is highly recommended, although walk-ups will be accepted if space is available.

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.

Friends of Washington District Library is accepting book, DVD, and CD donations for our Spring Booksale. Donations will be accepted March 30 – April 12 during open hours at the Main Library.
