Event Description:

The Peoria Area Civic Chorale Youth Chorus will hold a Rock ‘n’ Roll trivia fundraiser on Saturday, April 8 at 5:30 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church at 1209 Kingsbury Rd., Washington. Cost is $100 per 8 person maximum table. There will be prizes awarded for best dressed male and female and for best decorated table. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and bake sale. Teams are encouraged to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages if they wish. Space is limited, so please contact williamson.h@comcast.net to register or for more information.

Animal Rescue Giving Tree at Washington District Library – Sunnyland Branch

Help the Tazewell County Animal Shelter stock their shelves and provide newly adopted animals with the essentials they need. Beginning February 1, 2026, select ornaments with items to donate, purchase the items, and bring them back to the Sunnyland Branch by March 10th.
