Name: Restorative Sound Bath at Soulside Healing Arts
Date: December 27, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM CST
Event Description:

A deeply immersive and rejuvenating experience that harmonizes and balances the body's energy centers, known as chakras. Participants are bathed in the ethereal tones and vibrations produced by crystal singing bowls that are each tuned to resonate with a specific chakra. The exquisite and pure tones heard will gently wash over you to help release energy blockages, promote energy flow, and restore equilibrium within your energy system. Throughout the session, you may feel subtle vibrations as the crystal bowls' frequencies interact with your own energy. Emerge feeling renewed, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself and grounded in the present moment.

A sound bath is all about deep rest, so come comfy. We have mats, bolsters, and blankets or chairs for you to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You’re also welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow.
