Event Description:
We love pets!  We know you love pets!  Wouldn’t you like to paint your pet?  We have the perfect class for you. You will have to email us a picture of your pet (we only do one pet per canvas and close up is best) at least 6 days before the class (bodegapaintyourpet@gmail.com) and we will draw a coloring book type outline for you.  When you come to the studio a team of our talented artists will help you mix paint colors and paint your pet! We promise a funtastic time at our studio with a full bar available for our over 21 artists, we provide everything you need.  Not only is this class a fun and creative way to spend an afternoon or evening but you’ll also have a beautiful piece of artwork that you can display or give as a thoughtful gift.

Bicentennial History Exhibit – On display July 13th – August 24th, 2025 at Five Points Washington

Bicentennial and historical images will be exhibited by the Washington Historical Society on the Community Gallery Wall at Five Points Washington. The carefully curated photographs selected for this exhibit give a unique insight into events, people, and places from Washington’s past. The selected photographs span the last 150 years of Washington’s history and feature community events and everyday life in Washington.


StoryWalk in Washington Park

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Señorita Mariposa By Ben Gundersheimer and will be displayed through Tuesday, September 30th.
