Get creative in this fun and relaxing workshop as you design your own organic-shaped chip and dip dish! Learn the basics of hand-building with clay while crafting a unique, functional piece perfect for entertaining or everyday use.

Our instructors will guide you through shaping, smoothing, and adding personal touches to your design, resulting in a beautifully imperfect, nature-inspired creation. After glazing and firing, your dish will be ready for pickup in three weeks, food-safe and party-ready!

No experience needed—all materials, tools, and instruction are included. Bring your creativity and let’s make something amazing!

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: If you are no longer able to attend your reserved time-slot, a written request must be submitted via email to claydenwashington@gmail.com In order to receive a class credit voucher, the request must be submitted in advance. Requests made within less than 48 hours prior to the class it will not be honored.

Bicentennial History Exhibit – On display July 13th – August 24th, 2025 at Five Points Washington

Bicentennial and historical images will be exhibited by the Washington Historical Society on the Community Gallery Wall at Five Points Washington. The carefully curated photographs selected for this exhibit give a unique insight into events, people, and places from Washington’s past. The selected photographs span the last 150 years of Washington’s history and feature community events and everyday life in Washington.


StoryWalk in Washington Park

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Señorita Mariposa By Ben Gundersheimer and will be displayed through Tuesday, September 30th.
