Event Description:

We invite you to join us for the upcoming Meet the Candidates Night, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet and chat with the candidates on the ballot for the April 1, 2025 election in Washington, IL. This event is a great chance to learn more about those running for local office, ask questions, and make an informed decision at the polls!

Animal Rescue Giving Tree at Washington District Library – Sunnyland Branch

Help the Tazewell County Animal Shelter stock their shelves and provide newly adopted animals with the essentials they need. Beginning February 1, 2026, select ornaments with items to donate, purchase the items, and bring them back to the Sunnyland Branch by March 10th.
