Join the Peoria Area Civic Chorale at Five Points Washington for an evening of music sure to spread smiles, joy, laughter, and happiness! The audience is going to laugh and there will be beautiful moments in songs throughout the entire evening! Hear MGM musical favorites like "The Trolley Song," "Singing in the Rain," and "Make 'em Laugh," as well as romantic classics like "The Shadow of Your Smile" and "The Way You Look Tonight." Other selections include Billy Joel’s “The Longest Time,” “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” from Spamalot, and the gospel song “I Sing Because I’m Happy.” Our guest artists are Chrys Wilson and Jessica Gebbink-Wilson who perform together throughout Central Illinois as the band Projekts. The Wilsons will join the chorale for Israel Kamakawiwo?ole's version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" for which Jessica will play the ukulele and they will also perform songs by Adele and John Legend..
