John L Hensey will be holding its kindergarten pre-registration. Please be sure to bring a copy of your child's certified birth certificate and proof of residency. The school will also set up an appointment for the kindergarten screening. For any questions please call 309-745-3625

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.

Friends of Washington District Library is accepting book, DVD, and CD donations for our Spring Booksale. Donations will be accepted March 30 – April 12 during open hours at the Main Library.
