Kuhl Insurance is in the Central Illinois community of Morton and employs 25 full-time staff. Mike also serves the community in teaching a 5th grade class annually for Junior Achievement, serving on the OSF Healthcare Community Advisory Board, West Bend Agents Advisory Board, Frankenmuth Agents Advisory Board, Legacy of Hope Advisory Board, and River Cup Foundation Board. Evelyn Becker, Business Development Director, Kuhl Insurance Evelyn joined Kuhl in 2014 after extensive experience managing HR, safety and health programs for a multi-state, 1,200+ employee metal fabricator. She works closely with their clients’ leadership and management teams to create culture change in their organizations. She leads our STEP5 Risk Management Process, providing services to their largest customers resulting in safer workplaces, claims prevention, and great places to work. Over her 9 years with Kuhl, her role has grown to include new business development. Her responsibilities include commercial lines carrier relations, sales management and agency marketing. Evelyn earned a BS degree in Business-Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Bradley University.
