Event Description:
Feeling depressed is a fairly common experience. Depression is often seen in conjunction with PTSD, TBI and other disorders. This confidential group will help participants identify problematic symptoms, find ways to address and/or manage them, and figure out when to make a referral or seek additional help. Presented by Red Cross.

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.
