Event Description:

Create a keepsake you’ll treasure forever at our Family Handprint Bowl Event! Bring your loved ones to the studio, where we’ll trace and cut each family member’s hand out of clay. We’ll take care of assembling the handprints into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind bowl and glaze it in your chosen color. No experience needed—just show up and make memories!

This is a drop-in style event—come by anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Each family will take about 15 minutes to get their handprints traced. Your finished bowl will be ready for pickup in about 3 weeks. A meaningful and creative way to celebrate your family!

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: If you are no longer able to attend your reserved time-slot, a written request must be submitted via email to claydenwashington@gmail.com In order to receive a class credit voucher, the request must be submitted in advance. Requests made within less than 48 hours prior to the class it will not be honored.

We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel any class.

Bicentennial History Exhibit – On display July 13th – August 24th, 2025 at Five Points Washington

Bicentennial and historical images will be exhibited by the Washington Historical Society on the Community Gallery Wall at Five Points Washington. The carefully curated photographs selected for this exhibit give a unique insight into events, people, and places from Washington’s past. The selected photographs span the last 150 years of Washington’s history and feature community events and everyday life in Washington.


StoryWalk in Washington Park

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Señorita Mariposa By Ben Gundersheimer and will be displayed through Tuesday, September 30th.
