Raise a toast to creativity in this unique clay hand-building workshop! Learn how to craft your own custom beer stein, perfect for enjoying your favorite brews or displaying as a one-of-a-kind piece. Our instructors will guide you through shaping, assembling, and decorating your stein, allowing you to add personal touches like textures, carvings, or handles that suit your style.

After glazing and firing, your finished stein will be food-safe and ready for pickup in three weeks. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and get ready to create something truly memorable! All materials and tools are provided.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: If you are no longer able to attend your reserved time-slot, a written request must be submitted via email to claydenwashington@gmail.com In order to receive a class credit voucher, the request must be submitted in advance. Requests made within less than 48 hours prior to the class it will not be honored.

Bicentennial History Exhibit – On display July 13th – August 24th, 2025 at Five Points Washington

Bicentennial and historical images will be exhibited by the Washington Historical Society on the Community Gallery Wall at Five Points Washington. The carefully curated photographs selected for this exhibit give a unique insight into events, people, and places from Washington’s past. The selected photographs span the last 150 years of Washington’s history and feature community events and everyday life in Washington.


StoryWalk in Washington Park

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Señorita Mariposa By Ben Gundersheimer and will be displayed through Tuesday, September 30th.
