Event Description:

The city wide trash pick up days will the week of April 22-27. The pick up will happen for residents on the same day as their regular trash pickup and will be handled by Waste Management. For more information, go to www.ci.washington.il.us and look under Hot Topics.

Animal Rescue Giving Tree at Washington District Library – Sunnyland Branch

Help the Tazewell County Animal Shelter stock their shelves and provide newly adopted animals with the essentials they need. Beginning February 1, 2026, select ornaments with items to donate, purchase the items, and bring them back to the Sunnyland Branch by March 10th.
