Ceremony for the planting of the official 200th tree of the "200 Trees by 2025" initiative in Washington Park and placement of the commemorative plaque in memory of Mary Kerr. Ceremony celebrating the time Capsule Vault in Washington Park to celebrate the Bicentennial and placement of the commemorative plaque.

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.
