For many of us, the effects of the tornados last November are still being felt. In order to help us all recover, Funds from the Heart, a local non-profit, in partnership with the Washington Chamber of Commerce is putting together a free business workshop. The event will be held at Five Points in Washington and the goal is to help in the rebuilding process.
The workshop will feature presentations on customer service by David White, from Profit Systems Consulting, and a seminar on using social media to increase sales presented by the Bradley University Marketing Department. There will also be several workstations hosted by members of SCORE, IBFS, Central Illinois Bank, and Wickwire Accounting.
See a schedule below with details on different times and presentations.
