Event Description:
Sharpen your knife skills by learning the best way to hold your knife then use it for slicing and dicing. We'll also show you how to peel & prep a kiwi, mango, and avacado. Though we will have knives on hand for you to use, we recommend you bring your own Chef's knife. We'll also have a veggie platter and brownies for snacking. (Since we'll be using the kitchen, a waiver must be signed by each participant. Please have long hair pulled back and no open-toed shoes. Must be 18 or older)
