Event Description:
Breathe to find calm in the chaos, safely build strength, and stretch to alleviate common tensions that come with the joys of raising babies. This class is designed for postpartum birth-givers and their pre-crawling babies (up to 8 months). Feeding and diaper changing are welcome. No yoga experience necessary. $15 or class pass Feeding and diaper changing welcome. We have mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters available for your use. Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.
