Breathe to find calm in the chaos, safely build strength, and stretch to alleviate common tensions that come with the joys of raising babies. This class is designed for postpartum birth-givers and their pre-crawling babies (up to 8 months). Feeding and diaper changing are welcome. No yoga experience necessary. $15 or class pass Feeding and diaper changing welcome. We have mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters available for your use. Animal Rescue Giving Tree at Washington District Library – Sunnyland Branch

Help the Tazewell County Animal Shelter stock their shelves and provide newly adopted animals with the essentials they need. Beginning February 1, 2026, select ornaments with items to donate, purchase the items, and bring them back to the Sunnyland Branch by March 10th.
