Calling all parents and guardians with little ones! Join us at Art at the Bodega for an exciting Art and Storytime session! We believe that art has the power to ignite young imaginations, and what better way to nurture creativity than through captivating stories and hands-on activities?
During this session, your child will be taken on a magical journey as our talented storyteller unravel wonderful tales and engage them in interactive storytelling experiences. And that’s not all! After the enchanting story time, your little ones will have the opportunity to showcase their own artistic skills with fun, age-appropriate art activities. This event aims to foster creativity, critical thinking, and motor skills development in a friendly and supportive environment. So, mark your calendars, gather the kiddos, and bring them to Art at the Bodega for an incredible art-filled adventure!

Take a walk through Washington Park and enjoy a story as you stroll! Beginning at the parking lot located on the Lincoln Grade School side of Washington Park, follow the sidewalk to read a story. This two-month session’s book is Love Monster by Rachel Bright.

Friends of Washington District Library is accepting book, DVD, and CD donations for our Spring Booksale. Donations will be accepted March 30 – April 12 during open hours at the Main Library.
